Strengthened services & alliances with continued collaboration with our membership of the McHenry County  Continuum of Care to End Homelessness.

A dedicated resource provider at Friday Community Resource Day with Willow Creek Church, and continued partnerships with wrap-around agencies continues to open doors for warm-hand-off to resource agencies.
